Before submitting any material to LavaMind's Virtual Pet Cemetery, please read the following terms and conditions: It typically takes a few days for our editors to review the submitted material and post it on the web site, so please be patient. If your submission does not appear right away, don't worry. We will be sure to notify you by email as soon as your submission is posted. This web site is open to anyone or anything. However, we do reserve the right not to include any material that we deem inappropriate or offensive. Like all Web publishers, we must be careful about posting material on the Web that is copyrighted. Because we have no way of verifying whether or not the material submitted by you is actually your original material, we must ask you to agree to only submit material which you have created entirely by yourself and which does not incorporate any material of anyone else. A simple example is that if you submit a poem to us for publication, the poem must be an original creation of yours. If you copied this poem from a book of poetry, the author or the company may be upset and come after us. In this case, you agree to accept responsibility for your actions. Before we can display the material on our web site, we also need your permission to publish it. By submitting written material, a photograph or any other material to LavaMind, you agree to grant LavaMind a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide license (which includes the right to sublicense) to reproduce, distribute, display (publicly or otherwise), modify, and otherwise use the submitted material in any way LavaMind sees fit. In other words, any material submitted to LavaMind is automatically licensed to LavaMind without any time restraints or any other conditions, and LavaMind shall have the right (and may grant anyone else the right) to publish the submitted material in any format presently known or unknown, the right to edit the material and alter its content, and the right to any and all proceeds, if any, generated as a result of its use or publication by LavaMind or its licensees.
